Reschedule cancellations and make-ups

The academic year is reckoned from September 1st to June 15^th.

A regular student is defined as an individual who consistently attends the weekly lessons without any interruptions.

• A group lesson comprises a cohort of two or more and less than five participants
• The requisite minimum engagement for the programs, excluding sporadic sessions, is set at a threshold of 8 lessons
• In the event of student absence, the option exists for them to partake in a substitute lesson on an alternate day as a means of compensatory arrangement. Given the existence of multiple concurrent group lessons scheduled on different days, students have the option to participate in alternative dates and times to fulfill a missed lesson.
• Individuals who opt for Regular-Private lessons are accorded the privilege to reschedule or nullify a lesson; however, it is imperative to note that charges shall be levied in accordance with a calculation based on a minimum of 4 lessons per month, irrespective of the circumstances.
  The allocated appointment time has been exclusively reserved for your benefit. A belated cancellation or failure to attend creates a void in the tutor’s schedule, which might otherwise have accommodated another client. Consequently, we mandate a notice period of 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to your scheduled appointment. Within the context of private instruction, the act of canceling a lesson within a span of 24 hours preceding its scheduled occurrence shall incur a charge equivalent to the duration of one hour. Notwithstanding, it is noteworthy that in the event of a student’s indisposition due to illness, a rescheduling of the lesson shall be arranged.  Cancellation of a private lesson within a period of 2 hours preceding the scheduled commencement shall attract a complete charge.
• Clients are required to provide a fixed schedule, but they have the prerogative to modify it with a minimum notice of 24 hours emailed to info@hawckingbc.com

Upon remittance of payment for a lesson, cancellations shall not be entertained. However, clients retain the prerogative to affect a rescheduling, subject to availability and adherence to the prescribed terms.
